Each member of the team have their own geographical area to manage and represent our 20-plus strong brand portfolio which includes world-class outdoor brands such as Bridgedale, CamelBak, Jetboil and Victorinox Swiss Army Knives.
Their prime focus is to provide outstanding service for every one of their customers in any way, whether that it is presenting the latest new products, providing range suggestions, assisting with any queries they may have or even impromptu staff training. They are always willing to go that extra mile when needed to try and keep our customers as satisfied as possible.
They strive to build strong relationships with each customer to gain a greater understanding of their business. This in turn allows them to identify and propose the brands and products that will best fit into their stores, then by working together integrate the brands into the store. Our objective is make our partnership with every customer as successful as possible.
In addition to visiting the customers in their stores, regional roadshows are held in each territory at the beginning of the year to give their customers the opportunity to see the complete range of brands we distribute in one location. We also attend other key Outdoor shows throughout the year with the Outdoor Trade Show that is held in July in Manchester being the perfect opportunity to showcase all our brands in full and to spend quality time with those who attend.
