Kozi fit for Muddy Puddles brand

Muddy Puddles, award-winning children’s outerwear brand, has completed a deal to join forces with UK outdoor children’s clothing company, Kozi Kidz.

Bringing Kozi Kidz under the Muddy Puddles umbrella will see two of the original players in the outdoor kid’s market combine their business know-how and practical expertise to build and secure leadership in the sector and meet the challenges of omnichannel shopping habits.

Muddy Puddles will retain brand ownership, unveiling its new offering at next week’s Outdoor Trade Show, taking place in Manchester between the 9 – 11 July 2019.

The past five years have seen a huge growth in forest nurseries and schools, with an increased focus on the importance of outdoor, play-based learning for pre-school and early years. Muddy Puddles said it wants to reinforce the message and encourage families to adopt a healthy outdoor lifestyle.
