Columbia completes Shanghai buyout

Columbia Sportswear has completed its buyout of the remaining 40 per cent interest in Columbia Sportswear Commercial (Shanghai) Company, the joint venture in China with Swire Resources Limited, a subsidiary of Swire Pacific Limited.
